We have a range of corner extrusions designed specifically for the smaller overlander build. Because space is always at a premium in a smaller vehicle we've designed our extrusions to be used with 30mm insolated panels but up to 50mm panels can be used.
Our corner extrusions have a 30mm radius excluding the inner clamping corner that has a 20mm radius. We have a 45 degree for the departure angle and over cab accommodation area, a 90 degree for flat sided overlanders and a 97 degree for those of you (like me) that want the side of your truck to taper in at the top.
Our 90 and 97 degree corner extrusions are 5 meter long and 80 X 80 X 3.2 mm. The 45 degree extrusions are 75 X 75 X 3.2 mm by 5 meters long and are all made from 6063 T6 aluminium so can be easily welded with a 160A TIG or MIG.
